Return Policy

At TeamDepot.com, our goal is to make shopping with us simple and to ensure your satisfaction. Should you want to return an item, we're here to help you with returns.

You may return an item in its original, un-used and un-washed condition, including all tags, for a refund within 15 days of delivery.

Please remember that personalized jerseys can not be exchanged or returned for refund.

You will receive a refund for the item only. We can not give you a refund for shipping charges, unless you are sending item back because of our mistake.

Please use a shipping company that can track packages.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

The following address is to return items purchased DIRECTLY from TeamDepot.com. If you have purchased something through our partner site, you MUST use their refund policy.

After a return has been received, it will take 30 days to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.

NOTE: Orders for personalized jerseys can only be cancelled within 48 hours and CANNOT be returned for refund or exchange. All sales of personalized jerseys are final.
