Ordering Items

How do I place an order?
To order an item, go to the section you want (MLB - baseball, NHL - hockey, NFL - football, NBA - basketball) by clicking on the left hand part of the screen.  Now depending on the item you want, click on the appropriate link.  Once you have found the item, click it and then click on "Click here to Order".  Now you can either continue with the order by clicking "Check Out" or put another item in your shopping basket by clicking "Keep Shopping".

How do I order a personalized jersey?
To order a personalized jersey follow same instructions as above to get to the item you want, and then type in the Name & Number in the space provided, then just click on "Click here to Order".
NOTE: We are not responsible for, nor can we exchange or refund you for a jersey in which you spelled the name wrong or typed the wrong number.

How do I check status of my order?
To check to see if your order has shipped, you can either click on the link that you received via e-mail or go to http://shopping.yahoo.com/store/order-status.html and click on your order.
NOTE: If you ordered a personalized jersey, the tracking number you receive via e-mail is NOT a tracking number for your jersey. It only lets you know that the jersey is in process. At this time we are not able to provide a tracking number for personalized jersey. Our apologies.

Inventory

How do I know if an item is in stock?
When you place an item in the "Shopping Cart" by clicking "Order/Check Inventory", you will receive a message if an item is out of stock. You will also see a column "In-Stock" letting you know how many are available for immediate shipment.

Does teamdepot carry other items that are not on the web page?
At this time, what you see on our web page is what we carry.

Personalized Jerseys

How do I personalize a MLB or NHL jersey?
See instructions under Ordering Items.

Are the letters and numbers screen printed or are they sewn on?
We only use sewn on letters and numbers. These are the authentic numbers so the letters and numbers will look EXACTLY like the ones the players actually use. This will include the numbers on front/sleeve if the team uses them.

How can I see what they look like?
You can see what our baseball jersey look like by clicking here.  You can see what our hockey jerseys look like by clicking here.

I already have a jersey, can you put the letters on for me?
Yes! For MLB jerseys, click on MLB and then click on "Personalize MLB"
For NHL jerseys, click on NHL and then click on "Personalize NHL"

Can I buy the letters and/or numbers separately?
The MLB and NHL will not allow us to sell letters and/or numbers separately. But we can personalize the jerseys for you. See above.

Why does it take so long to get a personalized jersey?
Because we use the authentic letters and numbers, the lettering first has to be cut and then sewn on. Because of the demand for these jerseys, and the time it takes to do each one, we need time to make sure your jersey is done right.

Shipping

How much will my shipping charges be?
Shipping charges are usually between $5-$10 for orders within the USA. During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping  are clearly displayed, and will depend on where you live and total weight of items you buy. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or  military addresses?
Yes we do!  Shipments to P.O. Boxes, Military Addresses will be sent via the United States Postal Service.

Do you ship internationally (outside the U.S.A.)?
Sorry, at this time we don't ship outside of USA and Candada.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

How do I return an item for refund.
You may return an item in its original, unopened and un-used condition, including all tags, for a refund within 30 days of you receiving the item. You will receive a refund for the item only. We can not give you a refund for shipping charges, unless you are sending item back because of our mistake.

Please use a shipping company that can track packages.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

After a return has been received, it will take 30 days to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.

NOTE: Orders for personalized jerseys can only be cancelled within 48 hours and CANNOT be returned for refund or exchange. All sales of personalized jerseys are final.

Is it safe to use my credit card? How else can I pay for my order?
Absolutely. Here at teamdepot.com, nothing is more important to us than the security of our customers' personal information. That's why we've insured that our purchase area is done on a secured web server. teamdepot.com uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to provide secure transmission of personal information from the user to the server (customer & credit card details). SSL protocol uses a level of encryption (like a secret code) to scramble the transmission between the shopper (you) and the merchant (teamdepot.com), so that anyone attempting to intercept the message will be unable to read it. SSL is today's best available means of securing your transaction.

With newer Netscape browsers, a similar padlock will appear at the bottom. Otherwise, you may notice that the browser screen is outlined in blue.
